Hi Doc,
At one point, in the middle of the night last night it actually read $12.50. It may have been a typo by someone, but that's what showed when I requested a detailed quote on my cell phone.
I really can't say how it happens, but on more than one occasion when looking at a detailed quote on Fidelity the Bid was shown to be greater than the Ask. I really don't know if it's just the time it takes to change things in a fast moving market, but when it's happened I didn't see trades occurring which should change the volume shown on the phone. I typically refresh when such things occur, but I've seen them reoccur for several minutes.
I just checked, the current quote is bid $.10 ask $.81 in the past I've seen these numbers before.
