The UK needs a win. The patients and Doctors urgently need a a big win plus hope with no delay. NWBO needs a win. The shareholders could use a win. Maybe AstraZeneca can help. AZN with HQ in Cambridge UK focuses on Oncology and brain heath. DC Vax is on their street and up their alley. Since NWBO holds the combos patents AZN and NWBO can buy other companies drugs for the combos. Until the patents expire then AZN can manufacturing the drugs themselves. AZN may even have existing clean room space to install the Eden units. So I agree AZN would be logical partner. With the quote likely approval coming soon, Merck and other collaborators are still in play. If Linda Powers can find a way to uplist to a fully regulated exchange like NASDAQ or even the New York stock exchange American before or upon approval then the stock might have a very large appreciation in price so that the company can raise substantial money on their own to give much more leverage in a partnership negotiation.
