While I’ve been involved in other RMs, I have first-hand with two where I was fortunate enough to make seven figures, and they didn’t have to post to Edgar missing financials to finalize the name change. Don’t get me wrong—I would have loved to see the prior financials to understand why one of the companies claimed the records simply weren’t available, especially given how poorly the previous management had run things.

Meaning one of the companies spent close to two years getting the name changed and "audited" financials when the prior records didn't exist.

If you think the missing financials are the key piece, you might want to stick with your day job!
