All tc is responsible for is to report on an impacting event . Either a managerial change, a new partnership, stock grants and contracts and file accounting reports etc.

It almost February. The fold is likely a Fall 2026 release. The BOM on the hinge is already fully baked. It’s not up for competition at this point. If it is then there won’t be product this year.
