NO regulator forces automation on a company. Many such examples of utilizing manual processes first, then shifting toward automation. That is how you progress as a company. But keep making excuses and leading the sheep to slaughter. It is called progress. NWBO has themselves admitted they don't even have a working prototype. But carry on and make excuses.
