As many of you know, I've been invested in NWBO since Nov 2013. It's been mostly great news about their progress since then, starting with completion of a 3-phased international trial with 331 patients at 89 locations in 3 countries (no small feat) -- and all pertinent milestone met thus far with an ongoing compassionate use program in U.K., treating 100s of patients--gathering real worl data). They started with the very important statistical analysis plan (SAP) approval, Data Lock, TLD (with stat sig results--250% improvement in overall survival--OS, the "Gold Standard), JAMA publication, Nature.Com article showing DCVax-L and Hiltonal combo trial with a 50% survival rate at 8 year point, FlaskWorks purchase, manufacturing certification(s), Pediatric trial approval (PIP), MAA submission and verification. I forgot to include fact that DCVax-L is "tumor agnostic (a presentation last year by Dr Bosch (sp?)). My question to all the longs here:
We see the news media covering all sorts of phase 1 and phase 2 "promising" results for other trials/drugs, but never a peep about this revolutionary GBM vaccine that has no side effects (likely tumor agnostic) and is (finally) approaching the most important milestone of all, RA approval?? Thoughts, reasonsfor no coverage by national or international media?
