That is all correct, if CHM medically approved this treatment, the Applicant would only get the nod from the Regulator (not CHM).

Conversely, if CHM raises significant objections to the Application for a MAA, then, again,NWBO will only hear from the Regulator.

If a letter is sent to NWBO, from the MHRA, with CHM conclusions incorporated, the application is refused, with the grounds for refusal detailed, in the CHM letter raised.
Then the appeal process can start if desired.
