I'm assuming it was Yorkville. They probably pulled out $1 million worth in both December and January.  Market may need to absorb around $3 million in shares over .32. That could be the reason why the chartists think the .32/.33 level is resistance.

You keep using the word “Management” but, from where I sit (I know, here come the basement jokes), I’m just not seeing anything that fits that description. All I see is a shrinking public facing executive team without a proper CFO, CCO, GC, and IR who can’t even provide a proper website or ASM transcript. All I see is a One women show who appears on audio once a year for 30 minutes and an old Chief Scientist living somewhere in the Netherlands. So maybe think up a better name than “Management”?
