In the otc, that can be used as a catalyst - I do agree, it'd be nice to see it cleaned up first. But knowing what Costello did, even falsifying account statements, I wouldn't be surprised if he made his bunkie write out his response for him lol. I would think its 99.9% certainty the judge won't let him keep his shares as he would have used RNWF back then to scam some more imo
Don't let them scam you. Do some homework on Kepler.. They are for real..a 300M company wouldn't merge if they thought a Felon had any legal claim.. they have too much to lose.. Their team has done their DD.
