Tbh I don't know why these Reverse managers don't clean the shell up first before bringing in a company that way there is smooth sailing. This Costello guy should be a non-factor right about now if they did the previous.
See I like big board SPAC stocks better because all this wouldn't be happening if they had this issue. Because they clean the stock up get the shares down then they will present the shell to potential private companies that want to go public.
Smh. More BS than is necessary. I'll stay but the longer this drags out, the more it seems the company is going to have to get creative on how to rid themselves of this Costello problem.
