We also hear things like NWBO will never submit TLD or NWBO will never apply to a regulator and they turn out to be technically true.

That said, when they drag things out for a half decade after already protracting the trial then you get a functional failure even if they eventually achieve a technical success.

For the GBM patients who died miserably waiting in vain, NWBO has irretrievably failed.

For the public figures running NWBO or pumping them who are now gone, NWBO has irretrievably failed.

For the more humble shareholders in our country own families who died knowing this to be a losing investment and thinking we made a mistake NWBO has irretrievably failed.

For the many shareholders who didn’t buy that ‘cashmere sweater’ as Cramer suggested and have lost a fortune in real terms and probably still won’t break even with opportunity cost, NWBO has failed and the answer is always average down.
