Does anyone know what DOC121 is?

DOC 1021 is a "Double Loaded" dendritic cell vaccine. In P2 now I think.

SImilar to DCVax-L in that it grows immature DCs from PBMCs then matures ("loads") them with ATL. Then it goes a step further and uses electroporation to get more of the lysate into the DCs.

I have no idea if it is any better or worse than -L. Only trials can tell.
