How many NDA's have there been, supposedly? Kelly started using NDA as an excuse back in April 2024. Electrome's website didn't appear until July 2025.
I think the NDA excuse is a trick that Kelly thinks is a clever way to string along shareholders without telling them anything. Well, I'm a shareholder again now, and I think it's a bullshit trick and not clever at all. A non-disclosure agreement would not prevent BIEL from telling shareholders something similar to THIS update from 2020:
Read that 2020 update again. There's no reason Kelly and Rick couldn't have said something similar in the past 18 months if there truly were deals signed.
There might be an update next week but it's not going to name any partners specifically, not Electrome or Electro Health or anyone else. And BIEL shareholders will just say "Thank you ma'am may we have another?"
Look, I still think there's a chance that Electrome will license ActiPatch while they get FDA clearance for their generic SofPulse clone. B_T said "there's no Electrome/BIEL deal because of a trademark dispute," but he couldn't have been talking about a licensing deal because a licensing deal would not be affected by a trademark. Electrome would call it "ActiPatch (R)" just as Donjoy and KT Tape did and just as Mayer did in the Upwork listing that Hawk found. No, I think he was talking about Mayer deciding whether to clone a generic ActiPatch or a generic SofPulse because both devices are no longer patent protected. He went with SofPulse, which makes sense because he's working with Zubcevik and Hagberg.
With that decision made, Mayer had to decide whether he'd license one of them for a year to get something to market sooner while he waited for FDA clearance of his generic device. I don't think he'd license SofPulse because Zubcevik and Hagberg hate Collier. That leaves ActiPatch.
Is this all conjecture? Of course. Will JGD pronounce me "clueless" without reading past the first sentence? Of course. Will edbi choose ME to respond to with his daily cookie-cutter BS manifesto? Probably. Will the worst pumpers on this MB try to divert attention away from what I said here without refuting a single point? Of course. But SOME here will recognize that I'm offering ideas, not attacking people or talking about things. I'm analyzing the situation. I might be right and I might be wrong, but I'm offering ideas to talk about, not childish insults and name calling or nonsense about how many buys and sells there were this week.
So don't get too disappointed when you don't see any real news Monday, or next week, or in January for that matter. Mayer said in one of his Upwork listings that he expected a product launch in December 2025, but that didn't happen, so it's anybody's guess when he will launch a product. And if he bails on licensing ActiPatch, we won't see Electrome's first product for months and we won't see anything from Kelly EVER.
