Somehow I don't think the board of a developmental biotech will struggle to replace a CEO who is a lawyer with no applicable technical, medical, business, or social skills.

It is true the quality of our forward looking statement disclosures, risk factors, and lawsuits will decrease slightly. I think the pro's outweigh the cons.
