If it was negative, I believe that would be "material" and we would know. So, can we assume that NWBO is (finally) in the final clock-off period!!??

If it was negative and company received the 28 day appeal period letter , I really don't think they would have said stuff that did during ASM

Krisgo, as I understand it, during the 28-day window there may be no need to appeal, but some clarification may be required. The company would know they're gaining approval, but need to clear up some minor issues in doing so.

Of course, we don't know and the best hint the company gave, IMHO, was starting construction in late January. If an initial payment is needed to begin construction, if stock is to be used, I'd certainly prefer to wait until I expected the share price to be dramatically higher, late January would seem to fit the bill.
