Supongo que la empresa no tuvo en cuenta a un residente permanente de Costa Rica durante 20 años. Habrá más después del cierre, aunque muchas oficinas municipales cerraron temprano hoy. La Nochevieja se celebra con mucho entusiasmo aquí.
I suppose the company didn't take into account a permanent resident of Costa Rica for 20 years.
