I do think they are 'expecting' news by the end of January. I base this on the fact that the end of January was the timeline they set forth regarding the beginning of the construction of the C-suite. I would be inclined to believe that they are not starting construction until a decision by MHRA have been made. That means I think that if the decision is coming in mid February or later, then the construction will be delayed until such time. Otherwise, they could have started the actual construction (Not the prep work they have been doing) already.

They have obviously been wrong about timelines in the past, but this end of January date they gave for beginning actual construction is shorter than most of their previous timelines.

Just to add a little more, the first Advent payment was changed to 90 days from closing which would be end of January. I've said it a few times and I'll say it again, LP doesn't give up Advent unless she's certain approval is coming.

Upbeat tone? LOL... She fumbled through the whole meeting and said absolutely nothing of substance. But she did giggle quite a bit. 🤣
When she said she was "fully engaged", that likely meant she was filing the appeal. The MAA didn't go to CHM in November, it had been there since March at the very least. She knew, and didn't tell you... It's also already more than 30 days since CHM minutes... If the news was good, she would have shared it.
PS, going from MHRA to CHM is just about the worst news possible. If all was good, MHRA would have approved it in March when they clearly stated there was NO LONGER A BACKLOG!

Stop dreaming and creating a false reality for yourself.

Additionally, LP’s occasional giggling during her speech came across to me as a very positive sign based on her body language and expressions. She appeared relaxed and unconcerned about the delays or RFIs, conveying a sense of ease in her delivery. This suggests that while things may be moving slowly, she was not under pressure. I am 100% certain that if she had received any negative news prior to the meeting, she would have known it beforehand and her demeanor would have reflected that. Based on all of the above, I am fully confident that there is no negative news on the horizon.

Here is my assumption based on the key events that have occurred recently. Management knew that DCVax-L was heading to the CHM review scheduled for November 27–28 after responding to the RFIs, and they had been informed that the application was moving to the final CHM stage. Based on this, they scheduled the annual shareholders’ meeting for the end of December-2025, expecting MHRA approval around Christmas time. If the news had been negative and LP had known prior to the meeting, I am confident she would not have spoken in such a positive, upbeat tone, nor would she have extended her remarks beyond 45 minutes. All of this suggests that management is expecting the approval news at any moment—potentially any day now—especially given that the MHRA typically issues the formal licence (Marketing Authorisation) within 30 to 67 days.
