Supongo que la empresa no tuvo en cuenta a un residente permanente de Costa Rica durante 20 años. Habrá más después del cierre, aunque muchas oficinas municipales cerraron temprano hoy. La Nochevieja se celebra con mucho entusiasmo aquí.
I suppose the company didn't take into account a permanent resident of Costa Rica for 20 years. There will be more after closing time, although many municipal offices closed early today. New Year's Eve is celebrated with great enthusiasm here.
