NO! LP stated clearly that she would NOT update until a final decision is made. She can appeal the CHM decision, she has 28 days to do so, clock stops and then it could take another 6 months or more for the appeal process. She is using this time to raise more money, possibly tease new trials and try to build up Advent. JMHO
