They apparently already "advised".
So if it was positive, (a month ago) approval would have been announced already.
The more likely scenario is that NWBO is appealing the negative ruling (which they are entitled to do) and that could drag out another 6 months or more before they drop the denial hammer. LP is a master at delaying the inevitable.
