nonsense. the construction is underway. we are 1+ month in. are you telling me that we paid them to start construction and then asked them to stop? not how they operate. She either lied in the PR or construction is ongoing

Read the November 20 press release. That six months was to have started back then. She delayed that forward 70 days to end of January. In other words, the November 20 PR was inaccurate. Pure and simple, but you could (now) tell she was obviously tying construction initiation to having non-dilutive post approval launch money on its heels to pay for it. (Probably non-convertible debt) (Royalties for combo trials). IMO.

So end of January. another retail shake off, or the real timeline all along?
