I went back to review the MD&A section of the 10-Qs after the ASM today. As LP reminded us & as I recall, the size (“footprint”), & other issues with the prototype build were discussed in more than one of the filings.
Additionally, I looked up the vendor case (2584CV02349) on the Suffolk County MA Superior court’s website. The filings are there for anyone to request, but I didn’t bother because it’s posted as a small-dollar business contract dispute that has nothing to do with Flaskworks or the EDEN technology itself.
LP explained almost exactly what I told you. The units go with the Grade C facility which is under construction. The vendor issue is irrelevant to the Grade C plan because the GMP-compliant units will be needed as construction of the suite advances to the point when the units can be received & validated in the certified Grade C facility.
I am always willing to investigate the claims presented here to see whether the attack is valid. This turned out to be another bs distraction that the shorts were trying to exploit to fill space on the board & spread rumors.
