It's still an unproven concept... And what concerns me here, is after years of conceiving this concept, they hooked up with a penny stock to raise money. If this was doable and had real potential, big private money would have been all over this. I don't think it will ever work. if it could It's at least billions of dollars and many, many years away. If they do manage to get one of these going, then there will be years of regulatory crap to deal with too. Despite what they claim.
It's a great story for a penny stock pump and dump though.
