One crucial factor that should be on the top of your list is zero debt with a cleaned balance sheet as of December 09,2025, as promised per management. This is proven based on three weeks of trading activity. I don't disagree with you. What you said is that we need concrete material to hold this stock. However, when the stock is trading dirt cheap at $3M, then I would have 99 reasons to hold based on the past volumes. As a long-term OTC trader, one thing I always notice is that volume comes first, then the price. Any type of OS reduction or $700M confirming or any government related approved, I would be chasing this stock. Buy and hold is the best to make the highest return. Cheers

Logical minds have accumulated fat stacks of shares here and already made profits or at least broke even.

Just cause you dont sound very smart let me break it down for you.....

Future price movements are usually already baked into current stock prices. Waiting tell news comes or all doubts and accounted for means when news comes there is nothing new to look foreward too no speculation.

Markets are made by two fundamental concepts risk v reward and supply v demand.
If you wait until you eliminate all risk then you limit your reward.

Don't forget this is the otc. Once supply stops increasing and toxic debt resolves like has happened here then any increased demand increases price.

Now you have many unknowns situations that have HUGE rewards to early investors who took the risk. And when we finally find out if these risks are rewarded, if the company has large amount of assets or co tracts or cash its been operating with while currently licensed. The private entity has done many projects and been bonded and worked with many well known organizations in southern california while a private company. If that info is revealed or if these Costa rica projects are provided with news or extra transparency. Then by the time that is all confirmed the share price will already include the news . Because it always includes the future baked into the current SP.
