1st. Sounds like one of those back room college thesis/term paper preparers.

2nd: so far, based on the PR available, 'NOTHING' has been won in terms of actual
contracts. So far, its little different than me going to all of my neighbors
and say, I am going to build Larry, a few counties away, a barn. Here is whats its going
to look like, what I am going to do, who is going to help me. And if you invest in me,
I will sell you some shares. With an inference being, we are moving forward in a way that
COULD be good for us.
Problem is, IF one went and asked who this Larry is, where he lives, and goes to talk to him?
There is no indication from Larry that he is aware you are doing this, that he even knows you. ,
and a disclaimer, that all the money 'invested' comes with a sorry, no returns if Larry chooses not to
have me build him a barn. Even if he even needed one. Cause while I said I was planning to
do so, I never said Larry (even if he knew what I was doing) agreed to have me do so.
Thats what this feels like.
disclaimer: Given what I have seen so far? Wouldn't touch this even with someone elses money
let alone mine. But now it has my curiosity peaked as to what in the hell is going on here. Because
so far its all ONE SIDED PR thats coming across like they are doing something. While at the same time,
its meaningless/worthless noise even IF there was some 'official' confirmation from the other party they even know
ECOX/WRA exists. (cause they aren't going to make money unless they are one of the ones selected to do
something and given a contract. And until that happens? Aren't the shares really worthless for a company that
otherwise doesn't seem to have a revenue stream??)
So WHAT ARE FOLKS INVESTING FOR? IF there is nothing tangible, nothing but a 'plan' to build a barn?
But what the hell? I am not surprised because in todays world, you see stories all of the time regarding people
being taken advantage of because they aren't capable of not falling for things that seem to be too good to be true,
of not being able to protect themselves from being taken advantage of.
and one last disclaimer: I will admit I read it wrong IF/WHEN the evidence confirms it.
Good luck, but recommend doing some critical thinking, demanding confirmation before getting too far involved.
