The new regulatory requirement* was instituted July 23, 2025. (They almost assuredly knew it was coming, maybe LP or Mark Lowdell even helped draft it. I wouldn’t be surprised).
Anyway, they obtained the necessary updated MIA certifications December 15. Four days before the two day CHM meeting concluded on December 19.
