we are at step 6 https://media.stocktwits-cdn.com/api/3/media/9376009/default.png on 12-29-25, if it gets instituted, at step 10.5 the injunction will be slapped on them causing them to lose triple digit millions a month in revenue. then efficient infringement no longer applies. then nlst gets to squeeze them for licenses and past damages. so do they settle before, or after step 10.5??????????
