You could easily get ahead of it by simply asking management (Not consultants) if someone named Weingrow speaks for the company and, if so, why many shareholders weren’t even aware they had access to him? But you won’t.

I refuse to play management’s alleged game which is allegedly to communicate with individuals in plausibly deniable and unofficial ways and I reject that behavior and instead consistently call for unambiguous communication with all shareholders simultaneously. We need clarity and not more ‘color’ and substance rather than slick use of evasive language.
