I finally answered the solicitor call and told them I was holding off on voting for now. The caller said it was simple and easy to vote and the board suggests voting with management and asked again if I would vote with her over the phone. After telling them again that I would not be voting at this time they just repeated the same line and said it was simple and easy and that I should vote yes right now. I hung up.

It is my personal belief, not based on information from anyone else, that the MAA has been dragged out due to production issues. I also believe there is about a 60% -0% chance that LP decided some time ago to add Flaskworks as a CMC update to the MAA and deliberately left GZ out of the loop in order not to upset shareholders about an additional delay on top of the delays already experienced. NWBO has a reputation for secretcy, slience and telling lies.
