Spoke to Darren Weingrow today , he didn’t have to many positive updates on the company , what I took away from the conversation was things are not progressing in the timely manner the company expected it to and they are going to have to raise a lot more capital before anything of significance happens. Just my interpretation and everything is in my humble opinion.

It would help if you provided Direct Quotes and THEN your analysis separately.

This would not only be of service to everyone but would also inoculate from charges of spreading FUD.

By giving everyone the raw data to analyze independently instead of mixing it with your own opinion people would see you are acting in good faith and neither trying to bash or pump but are merely providing new information.

Nothing new. Thats why they asked for 900M more shares and that’s why the shares have been trading in low to mid .20s. Expect the trading range to be around .10 or lower before end of next year as 500M+ shares get dumped in 2026. And that will not even include money to run a trial! ;) They will continue to kick the can on a new trial. Not even a single patient will be dosed in 2026 under a new trial. Take that to the bank!

Meanwhile, LP’s financiers are going to have an extended party. And shorts will pile on too. Bag holders will continue to average down, LOL! ;)

Did you happen to mention that you dumped all your stock on the market? And, that you need the price lower to buy it back?
Why, would any sane investor call IR after dumping said stock? This smells like the fish they sent Don Corleone wrapped in Luca Brasi’s bulletproof vest!

That much is quite obvious from recent raise . And in my opinion . The reason for 900m is that they don't have to hold another vote/ASM for another 18 months .

Don't really care whether you spoke to him or not.

What's astonishing is that many long time stockholders have no idea who he is. That speaks volumes about the quality of investors here at IHUB.

What's also amazing that that everyone would rather deny and deflect instead of contacting Mr. Weingrow to have him confirm or deny what he said. His contact information is easily available to anyone who researches for 1 minute.

Here at the Hub they'd rather dot connect and make up their own narrative.

OBVIOUSLY! Do you think it's a new information? It's 2 years in a few days OBVIOUSLY things not progressing as they expected. What's new about that? And again it's very obvious that they don't expect anything will happen soon that's why they have to do the asm and raise the authorized shares because they don't have funds anymore to last without issuing any shares. it's common sense. I don't know what you guys still expect approval this year or in a near future. LP's dumb mofo!
