If SHI announces the EPCI then FID will be announced very closely. It may be announced before EPCI is disclosed as that seemed to be a holdup in the EPCI contract process described in their May 2025 DOE extension request.

The Reality: They are signing the EPCI (the "marriage certificate") this week.

The article said

"The Delfin FLNG project in the United States is also mentioned as a possibility of signing a contract this month".

How can AI say they are signing the EPCI this week when the article says there is a possibility of signing a contract this month? Not saying it won't happen but I wouldn't put much faith in what AI says.
