I got it...like you buy a new car for $50 grand Then they lower the price to $40 grand.to people who buy 2 cars. Price of stock is 4.25 so they just offer to someone special for $3 These things happen all the time on slimy pink sheets,or stinky pinky as they say..it even happens on the OTC..never on better HIGHER exchanges ..like NASDAQ I just wish we can move to a better higher exchange like the nasdaq. You want a pound of meat ..sure let me weigh it..finger on scale of course.
