After call with George I’m voting yes on increased shares, still thinking about voting yes on compensation. I can’t comment on all that was said, he comes across as a great guy, hopefully will be a very merry Christmas!

Why is it that material information can only be disclosed to selected individuals and not properly to the public (via a pr and/or 8K) as required by regulation FD?
