They didn't when reveal why it was halted nor did they reveal the results with the fda meeting and they didnt even complete targeted enrollment.....red flags galore. I'm pretty sure the FDA told them don't bother applying.
Why else would a US based company go to the UK first when the largest revenue producing market by a landslide is in your home country. Smfh if you can't see why they did that....
