I don't believe there was a change from Investigational to Human. From what I recall, there were 2 authorizations visible on the MHRA website, one was Investigational and the other was Human. The change I saw today was the date for the Human authorization was updated from 27/02/2025 to 15/12/2025. I didn't save the full pdf download for the older authorization, so I don't know if the contents are different.
