I think the unofficial explanation by GZ was accurate. It was a lengthy application that required many inspections.

Wasn’t that the alleged unofficial explanation NWBO allegedly sent Senti to disavow?

NWBO would have and should kept silent on the matter if it the unofficial explanation was accurate as distancing themselves from the remarks implied inaccuracy that created confusion for shareholders. Deliberately creating confusion by disclaiming accurate remarks is ironically FUD making anyone involved a pro-management FUDster.

If the remarks were accurate but they were unhappy they could have and should have reminded GZ to shut up behind the scenes and let the lapse pass in silence.

Thus unless NWBO was FUDing to try to create uncertainty about information inadvertently released (which is a strong allegation to make and one I am not making) one must conclude that GZ’s remarks were not accurate and had to be disavowed in a a way that would let GZ save face.
