Regardless of what he meant, clearly there is no near-term plan to R/S. If that was the plan, they would have put in in the proxy for a vote this ASM.

No Automatic Reduction: The authorized share count doesn't automatically shrink; it usually requires a formal change to the company's charter (certificate of incorporation).

Authorized shares don't get reverse split adjusted. That was the point. Once 900 m is authorized, it is set in stone regardless of if there is r/s. It extends the runway. It doesn't change.

I’ve tried to explain to you before; Currently @ 25 pennies a share with 1.5B outstanding so they do a 1-for 10, then they’ll have $2.50 with 150,000,000 outstanding but still have 900,000,000 plus whatever is left of the old authorized. They don’t reverse split the authorized. See how that works?
