Sounds like the purchase of Elev8 was a done deal according to Tony's announcement that he made more than three years ago (which you included in your post):

announces it has purchased Elev8 Hemp, LLC from public company, Branded Legacy, Inc.

Now, Tony wants to back out because he "suddenly" sees something he should have seen more than three years ago.

Money must have been exchanged for the purchase. Tony needs to get it back. I guess he goes to court. HA!!
