BLEG had put out years ago that the deal fell through because Tony didn't pay them for Elev8. They had some kind of contract but when Tony was informed that they didn't own the IP he never moved forward with the payment and BLEG reassumed control.
From what I know about BLEG I wouldn't be surprised if they were trying to unload a brand they didn't entirely own and Tony caught wind of it before paying them out. I'm sure they were eager to sign everything over to APRU and had a timeline for Tony to pay them, which he didn't, when he found out.
believes there are some real idiots out there looking to get rich quick. He targets their laziness.
My intro to Alonzo Pierce began with a merger of AAAA into TEXX. When these types of events occur, they are filed within the jurisdiction even if the entity isn't publicly traded.
Most Ihuber's are not familiar with this. It's not rocket science.
Tony should have signed and filed something like this before acquiring ANYTHING.
Tony is posting more bullshit and anyone that can't see it probably talks to Tony on a regular basis, and he makes them feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
