I can't say with any certainty whether or not members of the CHMP committee will have had time to digest the recently submitted data and analyses by the time they vote this week.
I would conservatively assume they haven't, at least as a group, which would then lead to the expected negative vote (given the trend last month) and a more thorough reconsideration with new rapporteurs. I also think there is a very slight chance of a surprise approval this week.
