I get the frustration — I’ve been here for years, through every delay and breadcrumb. But voting NO is not a message to management. It’s a bullet aimed at your own investment.

Here’s the reality:

• If the MAA is approved before the ASM, the vote passes.
• If the MAA were denied — which there’s no evidence of — the vote is irrelevant.
• The only real possibility is a delay of a few months. Annoying? Yes. Fatal? No.

But a NO vote would be fatal. It would cripple the company, hand everything to the short-sellers, and turn a temporary delay into a permanent disaster. You would be choosing certain failure over possible frustration.

If you’ve held all this time, don’t let impatience destroy everything now. Vote YES to keep the path to approval open — and to deny KG and his crew the victory they’ve been waiting for.
