#800454 RE: KRISGO #800439

I am a long as most of you know, and I share the frustration of the lengthy silence from management. However, I think that voting "NO" is simply counterproductive for a true long. It could be a destructive act just to get a short term "I showed you" feeling. I understand the frustration as a loooong time supporter of the science and technology and very tired of following the "bread crumbs." I believe that most likely the MAA will be granted before the ASM, in which case the issue of the vote is moot, as the vote will pass. At the other end of the spectrum, that the MAA has actually been denied, is an event I believe is one I firmly believe is not the case and so will not even bother to consider here. The other outcome that is in the realm of possibility, is that the MAA will take longer than we expected to happen, say anything from 1 to 12 months to happen. This could possibly be due to any of several reasons many have proposed, such as, the MHRA desire to verify this very thoroughly, and the RFI's are taking much longer than expected and they are carefully crossing all the "t"s and dotting all the "i"s before granting the final approval (most likely IMO). Or perhaps because they are looking at EDEN, or perhaps because they are considering a broader label, such as all brain cancers, or all solid tumors, or tumor or tissue agnostic reasoning, (these are less likely IMO) etc etc... This is the case I am concerned about. If the vote is "yes" then our MAA will be delayed say 1 to 12 months but our happy rewards will come, if a little delayed and at the cost to us of more frustration - but it will come! If you vote no, you are foreclosing this outcome to a disaster for the longs and a joy to KG and his pals who want to break the company. A "no" vote will destroy the company's ability to remain as a going concern and hand the company to KG and a total loss for the longs who have held until now. You would be snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. For the company to announce to us prior to the ASM that they know this MAA may take as much as another 12 months to respond to the RFI's (or whatever the cause of the delay) could be the kiss of death for the company. It will inform the investors and bring joy to KG, but at a great cost, of the possible loss of the company. If you trusted NWBO until now, do not yank out the carpet from under their feet at the 11th hour.
