Again as soon as Nemesis names the agency allegedly investigating NWBO for fraud then I can ask the company about a specific allegation and they will be forced to address it. Or actually we can just ask Senti to ask since they have used her as an emissary in the recent past.
I suspect Nemesis won’t name a specific agency because if he is making stuff up that bit of vagueness might protect him from a libel suit, especially since he has also refused to explain how he knows (not merely guesses) that an investigation into NWBO for fraud is happening.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof. If he provides proof then it is incumbent on shareholders to take that to the company to get them refuted, otherwise they gain credibility they presently lack.
