Klug owes money to everybody. He could even afford to pay is attorney in at least a couple of the many lawsuits he's involved in.
He's also been caught lying about how much product he's as been selling in a deposition. If he's willing to lie there, is willing to lie to anybody and everybody. He also lied to you all about the mask deal... He was going to keep that money for himself. That deal didn't become publicly known until years later when he was going to file a lawsuit.
