I mean typically OTC companies don't raise $$$s by selling directly to the public, its done though convertible debentures and its those 'toxic lenders' that are the ones who are selling. Ideally I'd rather not see them go that route, however, there are only 22K free trading shares, if they can't get the owners of the other 2M+ to get their shares registered and cleared for trading, then maybe some convertible debt would not be so bad. There are people like me who would like to own a piece of the pie on the open market for the long term...lol.
I really don't know what the plan is for the stock, they have not revealed anything at all about it. With only 22K shares it would be easy for them to get the pps to $5 and become 'penny stock exempt' this may lead to more favorable financing options and potential future uplisting but if they don't want to go that route, at least try to get some of that unrestricted from the seed investors trading sometime soon....I have a feeling things are going to get interesting in 2026.
