Yes, for now the liquidity is an issue, but that is why I mentioned, waiting on the time at which they will need to "fund raise from the public".
For now, they are content finding the money they need, from a small pool.
That should change at some point.........unless a buyout happens first?

A sure sign that the debate has been won:
When the response is an attack against the other person.
