I once searched the Texas court records and found nothing in the North Texas District Court regarding any such complaint or desist order. I may have missed the filings but have been searching records for over 60 years and I don't miss much. I WOULD BE TICKLED PINK TO SEE SUCH A FILING .
I found it intriging one day while searching the MOR's that an oil related co had been paid several thousand dollars for research. I personally believe it was related to appraisal work they were doing. I SEEM TO RECALL MORE THAN ONE ENTRY FOR THIS COMPANY. The MOR's are easily searched and are quite revealing. There is no doubt in my mind that WAMU held mineral or royalty interests in several location. I'm sure Ammanson Reserved any interest they obtained when they bought large parcel of land in CA. I HAVE ALWAYS RESERVED MINERAL INTEREST THAT I OBTAINED. And I'm positive Bban has done that as well...it's just what we do here in Oil land.
