At the present time, after hour is showing RKT at $19.7889.... in COOP dollars +the $2.00 we would be at $219.68. This is dang exciting. THE STEADY CLIMB COULD VERY WELL CONTINUE IN A FEW HOURS.

I can think of several reasons why a supposed court order was used as a pretext to stop public discussion of the matter. Perhaps Big Brother had called and mentioned something like ‘strategic reserves’ and ‘national security’🙄

YOU GOT THAT RIGHT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'

when I asked my wifes DAD for her hand, one of the comments that he made was, DO NOT EVER LET Her SELL Minerals YOU NEVER sell Minerals.

She did it once, because her Crook brother in law COnvinced her to sell some to a friend of his, the next yr we tallied up her twins incme difference at the end of the year and there was a $8,000 difference in revenues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS BECAUSE OF WHAT SHE SOLD>................

YOU NEVER SELL MINERALS AS THEY ARE FOREVER

The Right-of-Ways have ever-INCREASING intrinsic value in an era when oil, natural gas, electricity, and water require delivery to diverse areas of the country. It would behoove a utility company to lease/purchase clear existing railroad rights-of-way to gain service access corridors rather than buy out existing property owners and possibly have to displace people and raze their homes...

Or, perhaps they could be "recycled" for new commuter rail lines now that certain parties are promoting green energy mass transit solutions? Bottom line is, these speculated Legacy WMI assets have value whether or not the mineral rights are included. imo
