Keep a close eye here everyone.. this has routinely been a full one or two penny spread on the Bid and Ask its now less than a penny... people are looking to get in and when that happens it can start to run at any time
Good catch on the 8-K. It adds helpful clarity to the last quarterly report and reinforces that FDCT is being consistent with its disclosures. Always a positive sign when a company keeps its filings tight and up to date.
