The request from March was sitting around for a while with old info. Keep in mind it was less than two months since Trump took office and they pretty much rubber-stamped it.

On the DOE taking offense to them saying, "need not consider blah blah" and that's the reason for the delay, seems like a reach and too petty for something so small.

No one knows, but either more info was needed on the new design or the lawsuit to some extent seems like the likely culprit for it to go on this long. Just my best guess

What's funny is that I looked at the calendar and said, "Oh oh...we're due for an angry, impatient JAB post pretty soon. ;) It's annoying for sure that we are still waiting. I was actually hoping to be pleasantly surprised that they were going to make the November FID timeline. I agree that Friday is just as valid as any other day, as these guys bought TGLO the last week of December, and who actually works that week? LOL. I'm selling all my shares on 12/1. It's November or nothing!

All I was pointing out was that Delfin has DOE approval....is that wrong? Do you disagree with that? Someone wants this project bad enough to convince POTUS to create an EO.
